PMC Basics:
10am - 2pm $80 plus materials (10g PMC3 $35, 16.9g PMC3 $58, there is also an optional $11 sanding kit that I recommend that you purchase to hand-finish and maintain your piece)

$110.00 per class plus materials (100g COPPRclay or BRONZclay $32.00).Base metal clays are fired and tumbled before being posted out to you in the following week.

Metal Clay Play Days at Healesville are becoming more popular, so we are introducing combination play days, where experienced clayers are welcome to come in and start a project of their choice under my supervision, with beginners starting after lunch and being guided through one of three projects (in the clay of their choice) in order to learn the basics of working with metal clays. The price is $80 plus materials for the 4 hour Novice Workshop or novice students may elect to attend the whole day (9.30 - 4.30) for $110 plus materials. After completeing a Novice or Basics workshop the cost is $60 plus materials for the full Metal Clay Play Day.

Sunday May 20 - Experienced Students, 9.30 - 4.30, Beginners Session 12.30 - 4.30. BOOKED OUT

~The Gallery is starting to warm up for the year despite the cooler weather with a very sucessful couple of exhibitions in the Focus Room. Currently the Collective members have brought out their best works in stunning Autumnal tones and will have them on display for sale until the beginning of June.
~ 8 - 12th June will see the Woodend Winter Arts Festival bringing thousands of arts lovers to the region, The Macedon Ranges Arts Collective, listed as The Mt Macedon Artists, will be found at the Woodend Community Centre in Forest Street, presenting an exhibition of works, mini workshops and will feature members demonstrating their disciplines.
~ Bookings are open for the 2nd Contemporary Craft Retreat in Canberra. Some classes are booked out, others are filling quickly. For full details, see the webpage
~ This year the Bead Society of Victoria Expo is on the 9th till 11th of November. There are no PMC classes scheduled this year. Instead I will be teaching polymer clay on Saturday afternoon the 10th of November. More details as they come to hand.
