I am delighted to have been invited to teach PMC at The Victoria Bead Society Expo on Sunday November 14, VBS member bookings are open now, bookings will be open to the public shortly.

PMC Basics:
This is a popular class that serves as an introduction to Precious Metal Clay.  Pupils learn the characteristics of PMC3 and gain hands-on experience of some of the uses of silver clay.  The clay is then fired by hand using a gas torch.  This is a four hour class that challenges you to design, fabricate and cure a piece in a fully supported environment.  All tools are supplied and you receive written notes for your future reference.

Tuesday 20th July
Saturday  14th August

The Basics Classes at the Macedon Studio begin at 10am and finish at 2pm.

Events at The Gallery Mount Macedon!

The Creative Palettes 2010 - Keeping It Green exhibition is on over the June long weekend in Woodend. The opening is at 11am on Saturday 12th June. A simple palette becomes a canvas for any media in this quirky exhibition.  This year there is a People's Choice Award, so please come and cast your vote, and several local schools will be taking part in the exhibition as well.  Entries are now open, contact me  for an entry form and more information. Palettes are supplied.

Along with a few Guest artists and fellow Macedon Ranges Arts Collective Members I will have several jewellery pieces in the Winter Wearables Fashion Parade on  Wednesday July 21st at Jubilee Hall, Smith Street, Macedon from 11am.

My mother, Pat Blyth, will be having a focal exhibition in The Gallery in August.  I will have a few works in the exhibition, as will my sister.  The opening is at 2pm on Saturday August 7 at
The Gallery.
